REFUND / EXCHANGES

CRAZE Fashions prides itself on quality items, customer service and satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund/exchange, within 7 days of the delivery date (the date that you received your order).  Tags must be intact upon return.

Please contact us prior to returning your item by email at crazefashionsbydee@gmail.com.  Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If detected that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed the status of your refund/exchange. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed. 

Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

· Sale/Discounted or Promotional Items

· Accessories

· Bodysuits

· Swimwear

· Worn Items

· Washed Items

· Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear

· Original tags removed from clothing are not returnable/exchangeable/refundable

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.

*CRAZE Fashions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier (USPS) regarding those issues.
